This crucial task involves the intake of large amounts of data, spotting trends, and applying those insights to the organization’s compensation strategy.\nCollaborating with business stakeholders: Provide specialized insights that enable the Talent Acquisition Team to offer attractive compensation packages to prospective colleagues. The Compensation Analyst may also be consulted on promotional opportunities for both employee readiness and pay.\nSupporting job hierarchies: Share input in defining the various job levels and roles across the organization and positioning them within a hierarchical structure.\nBonus plans: Administer bonus plans that align with the organization’s performance goals and motivate and reward employees based on both individual and company performance.\nAdministering merit: Responsible for supporting various stakeholders in administering merit and other compensation practices.\nStrong candidates will have a high level knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel user skills with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets is required.\nBroad Based Compensation experience is strong preferred\nCandidates in the Virginia Beach Geographic Area strongly preferred\nEducation\nBachelor's level degree\nCertification/Licensure\nn/a\n\nExperience\n1 year of compensation experience\nBroad based Compensation experience\nAccounting or Finance background (in lieu of comp experience).\nWork day experience (preferred)\nStrong Excel skills\n\nWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $80,953.60 - $119,912.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
