Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.\nSupport process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nAnalyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.\nCollect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.\nWork closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nProvide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.\nMonitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.\nCreate detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.\nEducation\nBLD - Bachelor's Level Degree preferred\nCertification/Licensure\nLean six Sigma certification Preferred\nExperience\n3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management\n5 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree.\n\nWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $88,899.20 - $132,620.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
