This role combines Salesforce platform expertise with strong software engineering capabilities across modern application development, integrations, and automation.\nThe Salesforce Engineer conducts requirements analysis, documents technical specifications, designs and develops scalable solutions, writes and reviews code, debugs issues, and contributes to release processes. We strive to surround ourselves with team members who go above and beyond in all job facets and look for people who are willing to embrace change.\nWhat you need to have:\nPreferred qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience\n\n2-5 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce technologies\n\nExperience designing and building solutions on the Salesforce platform\n\nExperience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities\n\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON and XML data formats\n\nExperience with source control and gearset\n\nFamiliarity with SQL/SOQL and enterprise data integration concepts\n\nSalesforce certifications are a plus\n\nSalary Range: $95,000-$105,000, depending on experience\n\nAt Sentinel, compensation is calibrated to your geographic location to reflect local market conditions; the posted salary range may vary based on where you live.\nNice to haves:\nProgramming skills in one or more general-purpose languages, especially Node.js and Python\n\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies\n\nWhat you’ll be part of:\nJoining our company means becoming part of something special.
