The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the technical configuration, customization, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on supporting core IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, developing Service Catalog solutions, automating business processes, and collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
