Your focus is to ensure every customer is technically successful with Prompt, from first deployment through long-term adoption.\nThis role sits at the intersection of implementation leadership and deep technical advisory. You are the AI security specialist your accounts turn to for architecture guidance, deployment strategy, and adoption planning. You will:\nOwn and drive full deployment cycles with structured project management and hands-on technical oversight.\nPartner with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Engineering to deliver a seamless handoff and ongoing customer experience.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, walking into every customer conversation with a plan.\nProactively drive adoption, feature utilization, and long-term customer health through technical consultation and regular engagement.\nBe the voice of the customer internally, surfacing needs, blockers, and risks with urgency.\nThis role requires an individual who is highly technical, customer-focused, and organized, and who can balance detailed deployment oversight with high-level strategic engagement. \nWhat Will You Do?\nPrimary responsibilities include : \nDeployment Support: Assist with (and increasingly own) onboarding and deployment milestones, timelines, and technical deliverables for a book of accounts.\nTechnical Guidance: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact during implementation, providing guidance on integration setup, security configuration, and platform best practices, with senior support for complex architectural questions.\nRelationship Management: Build relationships with customer technical stakeholders; communicate status and risks clearly and proactively.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Support, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to help drive issue resolution and align on customer outcomes.\nCustomer Advocacy on Escalations: Stay informed on Support-led escalations affecting your accounts and represent the customer's interests internally.\nEnablement & Content: Contribute to and help maintain technical resources, training materials, and enablement content.\nWhat Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?\nIdeal candidates will have:\n5-7+ years of experience in enterprise software (cybersecurity strongly preferred), in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, or similar.\nProven experience managing complex deployments and technical engagements across large enterprise accounts.\nStrong technical background in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and IT/security architecture.\nKnowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and containerized environments, including Kubernetes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence cross-functional outcomes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Atlassian) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).\nWhy us?\nAI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
