This role spans the Singularity platform, including Endpoint, Identity, AI SIEM, Prompt Security and CNS, so you will build a working understanding of each component to assess implementation quality against defined standards. You should possess strong technical depth and excellent communication skills.\nWhat Will You Do?\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nDefine and evolve the quality assessment framework and scoring rubric used to evaluate partner-led engagements, with input from product subject matter experts.\nReview selected partner-led Professional Services engagements, validating that they adhere to our standards and methodologies.\nFacilitate CSAT feedback collection and gather follow up detail from customers as appropriate.\nDocument quality findings and required corrective actions; collaborate with account teams to drive resolution.\nOwn and report on partner delivery quality KPIs to PS leadership.\nUse project feedback to drive iterative improvement of delivery standards, quality controls, and related documentation.\nIdentify systemic delivery gaps across partners and regions and drive programmatic fixes, including training, certification requirements, and methodology updates.\nCollaborate with Partner Enablement, Partner Success, and Professional Services stakeholders to strengthen the partner-led services program and the broader partner ecosystem.\nWhat Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?\nIdeal candidates will have:\nField services experience: 5 or more years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.), preferably in a cybersecurity-related domain.\nProven experience with SentinelOne or similar technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity protection, cloud security).\nSecurity practices: strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations, including threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.\nImpeccable written and verbal communication skills.\nA detail-oriented and analytical approach to assessing delivery quality.\nWhy SentinelOne?\nAI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
