You will lead validation efforts, define test strategies, and work closely with development and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.\nAs a member of our team, you will take full responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of both Back-End and Front-End automated tests. for our Singularity SaaS platform - our largest customer-facing service, used by over 1 million users at our 15,000 B2B/B2G customers, deployed across over 6 regions and 2 cloud service providers (AWS/GCP), and handling hundreds of billions of security events a day.\nWe're looking for a new team member who is versatile and knows exactly how to improve processes and make them more efficient to make sure we have a winning product. As our new ideal colleague you should have a strong technical background in software automation development, see the big picture and have the “can do” attitude. \nWhat will you do?\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nLead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive validation plans and test strategies for our Console and SaaS services.\nCollaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks in Python (Pytest) and/or TypeScript (Playwright) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.\nIntegrate AI-powered tools and workflows into the validation lifecycle to automate test triaging, PR analysis, and reduce manual QA tasks.\nLeverage Generative AI and LLMs to optimize test case generation, improve test coverage, and boost overall team productivity.\nUtilize Docker for containerization to create consistent testing environments.\nManage and execute tests in cloud environments, including AWS and GCP.\nContinuously enhance test strategies to improve coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.\nPerform various types of testing, including functional, regression and security testing.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.\nStay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in validation and quality assurance.\nParticipate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure testability and quality from the early stages of development.\nWhat skills and knowledge should you bring?\nIdeal candidates will have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or validation engineering, with a strong focus on SaaS products.\nProven experience in leading validation efforts and defining comprehensive test strategies.\nExperience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks in Python and/or TypeScript, Playwright (or similar, such as Java).\nHands-on experience integrating AI tools, LLMs, or AI-driven testing methodologies into daily QA workflows and CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering and utilizing AI assistants to streamline testing processes and automate repetitive tasks.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.\nProven experience with AWS,or GCP, and with Docker, Kubernetes, plus event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with globally distributed teams.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nWhy SentinelOne?\nAI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
