You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering and work across all of the group's teams as its senior technical leader. You'll set the architecture, lead the group's use of AI, and connect the teams so they deliver one product rather than several separate ones.\nWhat will you do\nDefine and own the architecture across Exposure Management, from vision through production.\nLead high-impact projects across teams hands-on, and act as the technical link that keeps them aligned.\nDrive AI adoption, both in how we build (AI-assisted development) and in what we build (LLM and agent-based features).\nSet engineering standards and make pragmatic trade-offs on technology and tech debt.\nPartner with Product and leadership to turn business goals into technical strategy.\nWhat skills and experience should you bring\nExperience: 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including experience as a tech lead.\n Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed and event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), high-scale APIs and data models.\nEngineering: Strong hands-on coding skills and a solid foundation in system design, algorithms and testing.\n Leadership: Strong ownership, cross-team influence without formal authority, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity.\nBig advantage:\nPractical experience building with LLMs (RAG, agents, evaluation) and driving AI adoption within engineering teams.\nBackground in cybersecurity, especially vulnerability management, attack surface management or CNAPP.\nWhy us?\nAI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
