This is an opportunity to join a growing People team and shape how Sentra hires as we scale.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end hiring: Lead every hire from hiring plan and intake through offer, closing, and building a tailored strategy for each role.\nPartner with hiring managers: Act as a trusted advisor - align on profiles, guide interview processes, and challenge with data when needed.\nThink strategically: Plan hiring ahead of company growth, map the talent market, and keep pipelines warm for critical roles.\nUse data to drive results: Own recruiting metrics and reporting, and turn insights into smarter, faster hiring.\nBring AI into recruiting: Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and reporting, and help build a smarter hiring process.\nBe creative and proactive: Drive top-of-funnel sourcing using out-of-the-box methods -
