The Porter will perform day-to-day cleaning and light building maintenance. Overall duties will include removing debris, cleaning interior and exterior areas of the community, maintaining common area amenity spaces, cleaning vacant apartments and responding to all cleaning emergencies. The successful candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.\nThis is an in-person position located on-site of the property. This position requires a rotating on-call schedule.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nComplete minor repairs and building improvements \nPrepare office for the day by cleaning the store front, office and lobby \nClean all common amenity areas including bathrooms, fitness center, community lounge, rooftop deck, pool lounge \nClean hallways, stairways, parking garage and elevators \nWhen applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building including wet paint and wet floor warning signs \nMonitor bathrooms for cleanliness \nRespond to any major spills or other cleaning crises \nRemove litter and rubbish from all trash rooms \nPower wash as needed \nPerform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned \nSkills and Experience \n6 - 12 months porter experience \nAble to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends \nMust be reliable and professional \nAttention to detail \nPrepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner\nCommunity Team Perks + Benefits\nHealth & Wellness: We offer multiple medical, dental, and vision health plan options that begin the first month after your start date!
