This is an opportunity to step into a role with real project exposure, strong mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a Project Manager.\nThe Construction Assistant Project Manager works directly with Project Managers and field leadership to help drive projects forward. This is a hands-on role that supports coordination between the office and jobsite, giving you direct exposure to how projects are built from start to finish.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination\nSupport the management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation\nHelp track project budgets, costs, and schedules\nCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to support project execution\nAssist with project meetings and maintain meeting notes and action items\nUtilize Procore and other construction management software to manage project documentation\nWork with field teams to ensure communication between office and jobsite operations\nSupport project closeout documentation and final deliverables\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred\n1-4 years of experience in construction project coordination, field engineering, or a related construction role\nField experience on active construction projects is required; candidates must understand jobsite operations and how work is executed in the field\nBasic understanding of construction processes, jobsite operations, and project scheduling\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nExperience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred\nDesire to grow into a Project Manager leadership role\nCompensation\n$23-$32 per hour, based on experience and project exposure\nBenefits\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and holidays\nOpportunities for advancement within Sentry\nWhy Join Sentry\nSentry continues to grow across multiple markets and divisions, creating real opportunities for individuals who want to build a long-term career in construction.
