As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll guide customers through a structured onboarding process and provide actionable insights to optimize their fraud detection strategies. Be part of an innovative team that’s reshaping the future of fraud prevention.\nAs an Implementation Consultant on SEON’s Implementation Services team, you’ll be the first person our customers work with after the deal signs, partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and our Fraud Services team to turn a signed contract into a live, high-performing fraud prevention setup. You’ll own the full journey, from live platform trainings to technical troubleshooting to handoff, while driving a quarterly process-improvement project of your own choosing and shaping how SEON onboards its customers.\nThis role will be based Budapest, Hungary with a hybrid schedule\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nAct as a strategic project manager to guide customers through a structured onboarding process, including:\n\nDefining timelines and managing milestones\n\nCoordinating technical setup and overseeing API integration\n\nEnsuring rule configuration, system testing, and user training\n\nAnalyze customer data and performance metrics to improve fraud detection accuracy and reduce false positives\n\nCollaborate with customers and SEON’s Fraud Services team to tailor risk rules, workflows, and detection strategies\n\nProvide consultative guidance, offering data driven recommendations to enhance decision making and optimize detection strategies\n\nPartner with customer development teams to provide live platform training, ensure smooth technical integrations, and address any implementation challenges proactively\n\nMonitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities for improvement & customer optimization\n\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and accountability\n\nTransition customers smoothly to the Account Management team, ensuring they are prepared to maximize SEON’s tools\n\nWHAT YOU'll BRING:\n3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or a customer facing technical role, ideally within SaaS, fraud, or data focused industries\n\nProven ability to act as a strategic project manager, driving projects to completion on time and within scope\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving actionable outcomes\n\nRobust consultative skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects\n\nAMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE:\nExperience with fraud detection tools or similar solutions, with an understanding of risk scoring, rule based systems, and data integrations\n\nFamiliarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, Tableau, or project management tools\n\nSEON Technologies collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
