Workplace Front Desk Coordinator (Part -Time)

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Part-time Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Budapest office and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and high-performing workplace environment.

As one of the first points of contact in the office, you will play an important role in shaping both first impressions and the everyday employee experience. You will work closely with the Head of Workplace Operations and the Sr. Workplace Operations Associate, and gain hands-on exposure to office operations, workplace experience, and onboarding support in a fast-paced tech environment.

This is a part-time, office-based role. The schedule is 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Welcome guests, candidates, and partners; manage visitor access, badges, guest Wi-Fi, and incoming calls at the building front desk

• Coordinate meeting rooms, including support for interview day logistics

• Ensure the general upkeep and tidiness of the office environment

• Liaise with service providers (maintenance, couriers, etc.)

• Support onboarding days, prepare welcome swag packs to help create a smooth new joiner experience

• Check mail, forward invoices and receipts to relevant teams, and maintain office documentation

• Coordinate access cards and equipment, including basic reporting and operational tracking

• Support office events, team breakfasts, lunches, and company gatherings

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

• Native Hungarian and confident written and spoken English skills

• Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hospitality and service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, tracking office data, and keeping documentation organized

AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality role

• Familiarity with coordinating events or onboarding processes
