Do you have experience working with Windows environments, enjoy supporting internal colleagues through 1st and 2nd level support, and have an interest in simplifying and automating recurring processes using AI-powered tools?\nThen we'd love to hear from you!\nYour mission\nTake ownership of the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our international IT landscape, covering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows and Linux environments, networks, virtualization, and security solutions\nServe as a key point of contact for our employees, handling, qualifying, and resolving IT-related requests through our ITSM platform, Freshservice, as part of 1st and 2nd level support\nEnsure a secure, stable, and high-performing IT environment by implementing and maintaining technical and organizational security measures to protect against cyber threats\nProvision, configure, and manage modern workplace devices, notebooks, and end-user hardware through Microsoft Intune, while supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees\nContribute actively to IT infrastructure, cloud, and digitalization projects, helping drive the continuous evolution of our IT services\nCollaborate closely with international IT teams across the Septeo Group and support the implementation of group-wide IT, security, and compliance standards at our local sites\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and support compliance with information security requirements, including ISO 27001 standards\nYour profile\nSuccessfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or a comparable qualification)\nInitial to several years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, system administration, or a similar IT role, depending on your level of experience\nSolid knowledge of administering Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows client and server operating systems\nIdeally, experience working in multi-site IT environments and with modern IT infrastructures\nA strong affinity for IT and a genuine interest in emerging technologies, digital workplaces, and IT security\nExperience with AI-powered tools, or a willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency and automate recurring tasks and processes\nAn analytical mindset combined with a structured and pragmatic approach to solving technical challenges\nA self-driven, reliable, and accountable way of working, paired with a strong service-oriented mindset\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of users and stakeholders\nVery good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken\nYour team\nYou’ll be joining our team of seven, most of whom are based on-site in Karlsruhe.
