This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and efficient functionality across the platform.\nJob Responsibilities and Essential Duties:\nConfigure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite modules to support business operations and evolving requirements.\n\nOwn and manage day-to-day system tickets, including troubleshooting issues, fulfilling enhancement requests, and resolving defects.\n\nSupport system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases, including testing and validation activities\n\nManage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure appropriate securityand compliance\n\nCustomize forms, fields, records, and dashboards to meet functional needs.\n\nDevelop and maintainsaved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, including data discrepancies, integration failures, and performance concerns.\n\nProvide timelyand effective technical support to end users, ensuring a high levelof service and responsiveness\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.\n\nSupport data integrity efforts across financials, inventory, and operational systems.\n\nAssistin the implementation and maintenance of integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM, PLM)\n\nUtilize NetSuite APIs (REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk) and tools to support integrations and data flows.\n\nMonitor integration processes to ensure reliability and accuracy of data exchange.\n\nBuild automation and efficiency improvements using SuiteFlow, SuiteApps, and scripting where applicable.\n\nDocument system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps to support operational continuity\n\nMinimum Requirements (Education and Experience):\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nExperience: 5+ years of progressive systems engineering experience, including direct, hands-on support and administration of NetSuite ERP in a production environment.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nProficiency with JavaScript-based SuiteScript development, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.\n\nFamiliarity with financial processes (AP, AR, reporting) and SOX compliance.\n\nExperience supporting ERP systems in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing).\n\nDeep understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and how they interrelate.\n\nFamiliarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, and system validation best practices. (preferred)\n\nExperience building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nEffective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh attention to detail, collaboration, and customer-service orientation.\n\nNetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer).\n\nExperience with other cloud-based ERP solutions. (preferred)\n\nProject management experience.
