(Responsibilities)\nAdminister, configure, maintain, and optimize HPC job scheduling environments, including IBM Spectrum LSF, Slurm, OpenPBS/PBS, or comparable schedulers.\nDesign and tune job queues, resource allocation policies, and scheduling strategies for diverse CAE workloads.\nMonitor HPC utilization, workload patterns, queue performance, and infrastructure capacity.\nOptimize resource allocation to improve cluster efficiency, utilization, and workload throughput.\nTroubleshoot job scheduling and execution issues affecting engineering workloads.\nInstall, configure, upgrade, test, and support CAE and simulation applications in production HPC environments.\nSupport integration between CAE applications and HPC job scheduling platforms.\nManage CAE software licensing infrastructure, including FlexLM, RLM, or comparable license-management technologies.\nMonitor license availability and troubleshoot licensing-related issues.\nDiagnose and resolve CAE application issues while minimizing disruption to engineering teams.\nAdminister and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments across HPC infrastructure.\nPerform Linux OS provisioning, configuration, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management utilizing automated technologies such as PXE.\nDevelop and maintain scripts using Bash, Korn Shell, C Shell, Perl, Awk, or equivalent technologies to automate administration, monitoring, and health checks.\nSupport enterprise HPC server, storage, and network infrastructure, including high-performance networking technologies such as InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet.\nPerform regular system health checks, incident tracking, root cause analysis, and capacity planning based on system utilization and anticipated engineering demand.\nYour Profile (Requirements)\n7+ years of Linux system administration experience, preferably within Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience.\nHands-on experience administering High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters.\nStrong experience with HPC job schedulers such as IBM Spectrum LSF, Slurm, PBS/OpenPBS, or comparable enterprise HPC schedulers.\nExperience supporting and integrating CAE applications within HPC environments.\nStrong Linux scripting and automation skills using Bash, Shell, Perl, or comparable technologies.\nExperience with Linux OS deployment, provisioning, patching, and system automation.\nSolid understanding of enterprise server hardware, storage systems, and networking, combined with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.\nExperience supporting production-critical infrastructure environments.\nHigh-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.\nTechnologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference
