If you are a driven professional looking for global career opportunities and exposure to high-impact projects within an international network of expertise, this is where you belong.\nWe are currently searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer:\nThe Challenge (Responsibilities)\nEngage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services-from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.\nAnalyze ITSM activities of the platform and provide a feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.\nSupport services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.\nMaintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.\nScale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.\nSupport the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational gating, and lead DevOps automation and best practices.\nPractice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems.\nTake a holistic approach to problem-solving, connecting the dots during a production event through the various technology stacks that make up the platform, to optimize mean time to recover.\nWork with a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones.\nShare knowledge and mentor entry-level and intermediate resources.\nYour Profile (Requirements)\nBS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.\nSystematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.\nAbility to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.\nExperience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency.\nExperience supporting production AI, machine learning, data platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.\nExperience designing and implementing an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort.\nAppetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation across development, operations, and product teams.\nHigh-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.\nTechnologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between \"coding\" and \"engineering.\"\nDesired\nExperience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.\nExperience in industry-standard CI/CD and DevOps tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Chef, XLR, Apache Nifi, Splunk, and Dynatrace.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.\nLanguages\nAdvanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.\nAdvanced Spanish.\nSpecial Notes\nSalary Range: 80,000\nWork Arrangement\nWe value flexibility to support your lifestyle.
