If you are a driven professional looking for global career opportunities and exposure to high-impact projects within an international network of expertise, this is where you belong.\nWe are currently searching for a Incident/Change Governance & Control (ICGC) Engineer:\nThe Challenge (Responsibilities)\nSupport governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle, coordinating incident reviews, post-mortem governance activities, remediation tracking, and operational reporting.\nAnalyze incident trends, recurring issues, and operational risks to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen operational resilience alongside cross-functional Engineering and SRE teams.\nSupport governance and oversight of SDLC & Change Management processes, coordinating Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance activities, change reviews, and risk assessments.\nProduce executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and operational metrics to identify trends and emerging risks.\nSupport audit requests, control reviews, and regulatory engagements by preparing supporting documentation and evidence.\nAct as a product owner and subject matter expert for governance-related technology platforms, gathering requirements and coordinating user feedback.\nDrive workflow automation and improvements to governance effectiveness and operational efficiency.\nSupport ownership and maintenance of Incident Management, Post-Mortem, Change Management, and Operational Resilience procedures, playbooks, and training materials.\nYour Profile (Requirements)\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management; Or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience in Incident Management, Change Management, Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Engineering Governance, or Technology Risk.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills including the usage of AI tools.\nExperience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.\nExcellent communication and Interpersonal skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.\nTechnologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between \"coding\" and \"engineering.\"\nDesired\nExperience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, or control assessments.\nFamiliarity with operational resilience, governance, risk, and control frameworks.\nExperience with workflow management, governance, reporting, or analytics platforms.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, product ownership, or SDLC governance practices.\nITIL, Agile, Product Ownership, Risk Management, or related certifications are a plus.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.\nLanguages\nAdvanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.\nAdvanced Spanish.\nSpecial Notes\nOur Client is actively seeking self-motivated professionals passionate about operational excellence.\nWork Arrangement\nWe value flexibility to support your lifestyle.
