Responsibilities:

  • Design and build cutting-edge GenAI solutions that power analytics and insights in HR, benefits, and payroll.
  • Lead the development of AI systems that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users.
  • Fine-tune and deploy large language models to solve real business challenges.
  • Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and production optimisation.
  • Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Shape the future of how AI can support HR and Finance teams in high-growth companies.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs.
  • Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production.
  • Strong experience with: LLM development and fine-tuning (e. g., GPT models, embedding models), Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain), Production ML deployment and monitoring, Python development and API design.
