This role is responsible for global and local plan implementation and servicing, project management, strategy development and implementation, and delivering an overall positive client experience.\nManage all aspects of global client relationships, including implementation, day-to-day service, relationship building, and renewal management.\n\nSupport project management efforts, including managing project trackers and drafting reports, analytics, and presentations for global benefits clients.\n\nSupport the Global Director, Advisor, and Regional Country Consultants in delivering guidance to the headquarters of multinational clients on global employee benefit matters.\n\nWork with local brokers to coordinate and manage benefits programs.\n\nSupport the management of global traveler, medical, and expatriate programs.\n\nManage and update client benefits data in the Sequoia People Platform.\n\nCoordinate and manage multi-country projects, such as global benefits benchmarking exercises, cost-savings initiatives, and governance processes.\n\nHelp clients stay ahead of compliance requirements and local country legislative changes.\n\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively across client organizations (local HR teams, HR headquarters, CEOs, and CFOs) and with local partner brokers.\n\nDeliver on our brand promise of uncompromising client service.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask.\n\nHigh proficiency in English (written and spoken).\n\nAbility to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nA proactive mindset with a strong desire to consistently deliver high-quality results.\n\nSelf-motivation and the ability to work remotely with colleagues in other countries.\n\nDetail- and process-oriented thinking with strong analytical skills.\n\nExperience with employee benefits programs or benefits insurance is preferred.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Teams) and Google Docs and/or Smartsheet.\n\nAvailability to travel to the United States as needed.\n\nInterest in the global benefits space and willingness to learn the complexities of global benefits management.\n\nBachelor’s degree required.\n\nSequoia’s Culture -
