You will:\nServe as the primary day-to-day guide for clients on all Sequoia-related topics, including benefits, systems, and HRIS.\n\nEducate clients on Sequoia’s programs and tools to help them maximize their offerings.\n\nDrive adoption of Sequoia’s Compensation Operating System (Comp OS) through seamless platform configuration and ongoing support.\n\nProvide consulting, training, and project management to ensure client success and engagement.\n\nProactively identify and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional client experience.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role, fostering strong relationships and satisfaction.\n\nCollaborate within a fast-paced, action-oriented, and results-driven team committed to industry leadership.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in SaaS, client service or benefits/comp platforms.\n\nProven project management skills, driving adoption, and implementation.\n\nBackground in startup or fast-paced environments, adaptable to scaling teams.\n\nStrong technical aptitude with experience in HR Tech/SaaS platforms\n\nAbility to communicate and work across client organizations (HR, CEO, CFO)\n\nSolutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results\n\nDetail and process-oriented\n\nExcellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to understand client needs and deliver results under tight deadlines\n\nBonus: Experience in compensation modeling, merit planning, and pay transparency.\n\nSequoia’s Culture -
