Mon - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm\nWhat You Will Do:\nPerforms cleaning duties in residential apartments, public areas, and offices as necessary; including cleaning of bathrooms, kitchenettes and other special cleaning assignments.\n\nOperates buffing/shampooing equipment for floor care and maintenance.\n\nCleans and inspects windows, furniture and laundry.\n\nDelivers laundry, packages and miscellaneous items to residents and departments.\n\nPrepares furniture placement, drapes, equipment for special events and social functions.\n\nLifts and carries furniture to accommodate residents and facility needs. Depending on furniture piece, you may move large pieces of furniture with the assistance of co-worker.\n\nRecognizes and reports concerns regarding residents' physical, mental and/or emotional status to the supervisor.\n\nVacuum furniture, floors and drapes in residential apartments, public areas and offices. \n\nWho You Are:\nYou enjoy working with people and have interpersonal skills.\n\nYou can use tact and courtesy in dealing with residents under sometimes trying conditions.
