This position works closely with QC Managers to ensure that policies and procedures are followed as written, and revised when necessary. The QC Supervisor works closely with Operations and Supply Chain Management to ensure the timely release of Raw Materials, In-Process, Intermediate test data and equipment cleaning verification test data. This position is responsible for maintaining laboratory organization and cleanliness.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirectly supervises Laboratory Analysts\nRecruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff\nOversees the daily workflow of all assigned projects and team\nProvides constructive and timely performance evaluations\nPerform other supervisory related duties as assigned\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAdheres to GMP laboratory standards\nMaintain organization, supplies, and cleanliness of laboratory \nWrite, revise, and approve SOPs\nConducts training activities\nParticipates in audits and inspections\nExecutes validations, qualifications, and batch records\nConducts scientific/technical reviews\nInterfaces with vendors\nInterfaces with clients on as-needed basis\nDevelops work plans\nManages cleaning verification assessments\nAll other duties as assigned\nRequired Skills and Abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and leading and developing successful teams\nRequires 5 years of GMP experience\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer\nMust be able to lift
