Handing over orders to the shipping company. Confirming orders with customers. Tracking shipments and returns. Following up on customer complaints and resolving issues calmly and professionally. Contacting customers to understand the reasons behind returned orders. Following up on delayed orders and keeping customers informed about expected delivery dates.
