From hands-on aircraft maintenance to off-aircraft support, our team plays a vital role in keeping Merlin helicopters mission-ready.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork as an Aircraft Engineering Fitter across IMOS and AESAS contracts\nSupport operational deliverables in a highly regulated environment\nEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards\nRaise any risks, quality issues, or customer concerns with team leads\nComplete admin duties and attending training to grow your skills\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nAt least 3 years in an airworthiness environment, with aircraft experience\nPrevious experience of working with aircraft systems and support equipment\nUnderstanding of Lean Operating Procedures, Naval Air Publications, and Compound Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (CIETP)\nUnderstanding of engineering and asset management systems\nCommitment to safety, COSHH regulations, tool control and quality practices\nCompletion of a Maintenance Human Factors course\nSafety, precision and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
