You’ll bring commercial leadership, operational expertise and an innovative mindset to continuously improve the service, support our people and create long term value.\nAs a Contract Manager in the Community Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by:\nLeading the strategy, performance and continual improvement of the contract.\nBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to key governance forums.\nDriving operational performance, service levels, technology delivery and customer service.\nDeveloping an engaged, capable team and supporting talent growth and retention.\nManaging commercial performance, budgets, revenue and opportunities for contract growth.\nChampioning innovation, automation and service optimisation to meet evolving client needs.\nSerco is a place for you\nYou could be a great fit if you have:\nSenior operational leadership experience, ideally within contact centres, BPO or complex operational environments.\nExperience working with Government clients, with strong stakeholder, communication and negotiation skills.\nStrong commercial, financial and budget management capability.\nExperience leading people, developing talent and building high-performing teams.\nExperience overseeing technology solutions, change and service improvement.\nA customer focused, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.\nYou’ll be someone who can balance operational performance, client expectations, commercial outcomes and the needs of your people.
