Data & Insights Developer Hybrid - Attached to our Solihull, London or Hook office Full Time, Permanent Band 3 / £60,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience) Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Data & Insights Developer to join our Growth UK&E Data & Insight team. This is not a behind-the-scenes development role. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across Growth to understand their challenges, ask the right questions and build data solutions that are practical, user-friendly and genuinely improve the way people work. You’ll take ownership of solutions from the initial conversation through to design, development, testing and implementation. This means speaking with users, gathering feedback, challenging assumptions and making sure that each solution is appropriate for the people who will rely on it. We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, personality and strong people skills alongside technical credibility. You’ll care about the impact of your work, not simply whether the technology functions, and you’ll be motivated by seeing people adopt and benefit from the solutions you create.
