This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, business-critical digital initiatives, bringing together internal platforms, multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers to deliver joined-up outcomes.\nHybrid working model with travel required to support business and project needs.\nSalary: Up to £75,000 DOE\nLead the delivery of end-to-end delivery of integrated digital solutions that bring systems, platforms and suppliers together to achieve measurable business outcomes.\nWe are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our UK & Europe Digital Services team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated digital solutions, ensuring systems, platforms and suppliers work together seamlessly to achieve business outcomes.\nReporting to the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will own demand management, prioritisation and delivery execution, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders up to CXO level. You'll lead and coordinate delivery across matrix teams and suppliers ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned, delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn end-to-end delivery accountability for digital initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, cost, time, quality and value.\nOperate as the single point of accountability for integrated delivery across internal platforms, external suppliers and the wider matrix team\nOwn the intake, assessment and shaping of demand, translating business strategy into a prioritised delivery roadmap and making informed trade-offs based on value, risk, capacity, dependencies and technical constraints.\nLead demand management, prioritisation and roadmap planning, balancing strategic initiatives, BAU activity, technical debt and integrations.\nCoordinate integration, delivery sequencing and release planning across internal teams and suppliers, ensuring alignment with agreed architecture, integration patterns, delivery cadence and quality standards.\nDrive delivery across multiple systems, platforms and third-party suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and execution.\nManage risks, issues, dependencies and trade-offs, providing concise reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums while ensuring compliance with portfolio assurance, security and data requirements.\nLead and influence cross-functional matrix teams including architects, engineers, business analysts, QA, change and security specialists.\nPartner with Product Managers, Product Owners and business leaders to align priorities, business objectives and delivery capacity.\nEmbed change impacts, communications, training and operational readiness into delivery plans; coordinate integrated releases and cutovers; and track adoption and benefits realisation with business and change teams.\nAbout You\nEssential\nSignificant experience leading digital delivery leadership across project, product and technical environments.\nProven success delivering complex, integrated solutions across multiple platforms and suppliers.\nStrong experience managing portfolio demand, prioritisation and delivery roadmaps.\nSolid understanding of modern digital architectures, system integrations and software delivery practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary matrix teams.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.\nDesirable\nExperience within large, complex enterprise organisations.\nProfessional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe or Product Management certifications.\nExperience working with data platforms, analytics environments and security-regulated industries.\nExperience delivering mobilisation and implementation programmes within public sector environments would be advantageous.\nPersonal Attributes\nOutcome-focused with a strong sense of ownership\nComfortable making prioritisation and trade-off decisions in complex environments\nPragmatic, resilient, and delivery-driven\nCollaborative leader who builds trust across business, technology, and suppliers\nAdditional\nYou will need to hold, or be willing and eligible to obtain, UK Security Check clearance.\nIf you're ready to lead the delivery of business-critical digital transformation initiatives and drive successful outcomes across a complex technology landscape, we'd love to hear from you.\nBenefits:\nBonus 5% on target, 10% max\nCompany car Grade D car selection\nPension 6% employer matched\nAnnual leave 25 days + bank holidays\nPrivate medical insurance\nSingle Life assurance 2x base salary, if in pension (1x if not)\nEmployee Assistance Programme\n30% Serco Leisure Centre Discount\nOption to buy additional leave\nCharitable payroll giving\nFlexible working\nA wide range of discounts\nA little bit about us:\nAt Serco, everyone plays a vital part in delivering essential public services that make a real difference.
