The working environment is multicultural and multilingual, with an emphasis on strong work ethics, diligence, and responsibility. provider is expected to take on software development, data management, data analysis and related technical activities, including work involving international trade and customs data as required by the appropriate project and service managers.\nThe tasks that service provider will be expected to perform include any or all of the following:\nDesign, plan, and implement secure integration strategies and patterns across distributed information systems.\n\nApply distributed architecture principles and integration best practices to address complex interoperability and system integration challenges.\n\nDesign and develop scalable full-stack web applications, covering responsive user interfaces, server-side applications, business logic, APIs, and database interactions.\n\nDesign intuitive and responsive user interfaces and user interactions, ensuring consistent performance and functionality across browsers and devices.\n\nDevelop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-structured code across front-end and back-end components.\n\nImplement core business logic and deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and user expectations.\n\nDesign, develop, and integrate secure and scalable APIs to support communication between system components and external services.\n\nApply data and security best practices, including input validation, authentication and authorization, secure data storage, compliant logging, monitoring, and secure application design.\n\nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance database structures, including schemas, tables, views, indexes, and relationships, based on approved data models.\n\nAdditional tasks and responsibilities\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, with a focus on performance and efficiency.\n\nImplement database structures through optimized DDL scripts across different database management systems (DBMS).\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot database and application performance, optimizing queries and indexing strategies and identifying areas for improvement.\n\nAnalyse data, processes, and source code to troubleshoot issues, identify improvement opportunities, and support system optimization.\n\nPerform unit and integration testing, debug applications, resolve defects, and validate code changes.\n\nDeploy and manage applications on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.\n\nContribute to the design and development of scalable software architectures and solutions.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\nProduce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering software, architecture, APIs, databases, and implementation processes.\n\nDesign cartographic products and geographical data visualizations using appropriate symbology, scale data visualization and reporting, including the development of interactive dashboards and reports, with familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet and data analysis tools.\nExperience with software development and collaboration tools, including Git and similar version control systems, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint.\nKnowledge of cloud computing services, with experience deploying, configuring, and managing applications in cloud environments, as well as knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.\nUnderstanding of authentication and data management\nCandidate Profile\nMinimum 22 years of IT professional experience after secondary education\n\nAbility to understand, speak and write English (B2)\n\nAt least 15 years of proven experience in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks and libraries, and contemporary build tools, together with a strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, universal and inclusive design principles, and accessibility best practices.\n\nAt least 15 years of proven experience with relational and non-relational databases, including database design, database migration, schema management, query optimization, performance tuning, and SQL, with specific knowledge of procedural SQL extensions such as PL/SQL for Oracle.\n\nAt least 15 years of proven experience in data management and analysis, including data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and analysis across structured and unstructured datasets using one or more of the following: SQL, PHP, Python, Matlab, and R.\n\nAt least 15 years of proven experience working with large-scale datasets and databases, including data quality practices such as validation, reconciliation, and data lineage.\n\nAt
