You’ll support our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange, while working closely with the End User Computing team across Intune and SCCM. This is an on-site role, based at Acacia Prison. You’ll join a collaborative technology environment where responsive customer service, problem-solving and continuous improvement are valued.\nAs an IT Support Officer - Modern Workplace in the Technology team, you’ll make a positive impact by:\nProviding responsive first and second level support for customer enquiries and incidents\nManaging incidents and service requests from initial logging through to resolution\nSupporting Microsoft 365 and end-user computing environments, including Intune and SCCM\nMonitoring systems, security and capacity, escalating priority issues when required\nManaging user and group accounts and maintaining the standard operating environment\nContributing to system documentation and small to medium ICT projects\nSerco is a place for you\nYou could be a great fit if you have:\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, including Intune, SCCM, OneDrive, SharePoint and Azure\nExperience with application packaging in SCCM and Intune, including Win32 apps\nKnowledge of Group Policy, Windows scripting, PCs and peripheral technologies\nA relevant degree or diploma, or an IT qualification supported by relevant experience\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach\nThe ability to work collaboratively while confidently managing your own priorities\nIn joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
