This support is required due to the increased amount of work requested by the customer.\nRequired Profile:\nThe consultant is expected to bring specialist or expert-level proficiency to deliver on-going support and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and other related messaging and collaboration systems in the enterprise environments.\nThe incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the DSM Team Lead, and in close collaboration with other DSM members and units.\nScope of Work / Duties of Consultant:\nProvide M365 tenant global administration and management;\nAdminister the M365 tenant and Entra ID global policies according to the governance and best practices;\nAdminister and configure different M365 products like Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender, Purview\nAdminister and manage provisioning and life cycle of Entra ID objects including members, guests, security groups, roles, enterprise applications, mail objects, M365 licenses provisioning and deprovisioning\nManage mail routing and message hygiene, anti-malware and anti-spam protection, quarantine and mail relay\nImplement, manage and troubleshot online email archives and archiving and compliance policies, Persistent On hold and Advanced e-discovery functionalities and perform data recovery\nPerform advance message tracking and non-delivery troubleshooting\nManage identity security policies including Defender for Identity, SSO and MFA, Conditional Access policies configurations, RBAC control\nConfigure and manage the Identity Governance features like entitlement management, PIM, access review\nAssist in responding to M365 related queries from end users in remote locations.\nParticipate in the “on call” roster (for support outside of working hours)\nPerform other duties, as required\nRequired Technical Skills:\nThe resource MUST have the following skills and experience:\nAt least 4 years of experience in managing, operating, and maintaining a large, multi-site and complex email and identity infrastructure.\nAt least one year of experience working with customers on Cloud and M365 specific solutions and deployments.\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, MS Defender, Purview and others.\nExcellent knowledge of MS Entra ID Identity in a complex environment (Entra Domain Services, B2B/B2C, Identity Protection, Identity governance, SSO, MFA, application registration, etc.).\nVery good knowledge in scripting, in particular PowerShell scripting and MS Graph to automate processes in Entra ID, MS Exchange Online and other M365 components.\nExposure in migration projects from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 and/or tenant to tenant migration and related integration features.\nExcellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal).\nThe resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:\nExposure in Information Technology Service Management System (ITSM: ISO 20000), ITIL framework and other industry standard related best practices.\nGood understanding of Management and Monitoring tools such as SCOM.\nRequired Soft Skills:\nCustomer facing experience and oral communication skills\nAbility to write documentation & reports\nAbility to grasp complex concepts, logical and analytical approach to solving problems\nAbility to work under pressure and with minimum supervision\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team of diverse skills\nWillingness to improve knowledge and skills and learn new technologies\nDesirable certifications:\nMicrosoft 365 Certification(s)\nOther related Microsoft Certification\nITIL certification\nTeleworking Option:\nUp to one day of teleworking per week is permitted.\nOn-call requirements:\nThe consultant will participate in an on-call rotation, expected to be approximately one week per month depending on team size.
