Victoria Barracks is the headquarters of Victoria and Tasmania Defence with a large portion of senior Defence members. Services include primary medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental and pharmaceutical services to units within the Barracks and the inner Melbourne area. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday (depending on role requirements).\nThis role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. There are multiple roles available on full time and casual basis.\nWhat you’ll do\nKeep the clinic running smoothly by providing fast, accurate, and professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients. \nManage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards. \nCoordinate appointments and liaise effectively with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information. \nPrepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities to support operational and compliance requirements. \nSupport day-to-day clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests. \nWhat you bring\nMinimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role.
