Predominately a Forces Command training base supporting Defence Force School of Signals (tri-service technicians & operators, electronic warfare systems), Defence Force School of Music (tri-service musicians) and Army Education Centre. The Army base services approximately 6000 Defence members and operates a 9 bed low dependency ward 24/7. The health centre also provides primary medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental and mental health services. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).\nThis is a part time role every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team\nWhat you’ll do\nKeep the clinic running smoothly by providing fast, accurate, and professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients. \nManage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards. \nCoordinate appointments and liaise effectively with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information. \nPrepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities to support operational and compliance requirements. \nSupport day-to-day clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests. \nWhat you bring\nMinimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role.
