It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday (depending on role requiremnents and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).\nWhat you’ll do\nKeep the clinic running smoothly by providing fast, accurate, and professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients.\n\nManage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.\n\nCoordinate appointments and liaise effectively with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information.\n\nPrepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities to support operational and compliance requirements.\n\nSupport day-to-day clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests.\n\nWhat you bring\nMinimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role.
