Established in 1908, Gallipoli Barracks is the largest military base in South Queensland, home to approximately 8,000 members and the Deployable Joint Force Headquarters.\nAustralian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role. This full-time position is primarily Monday to Friday (day shifts) and offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.\nWhat you’ll do\nKeep the clinic running smoothly by providing fast, accurate, and professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients. \nManage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards. \nCoordinate appointments and liaise effectively with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information. \nPrepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities to support operational and compliance requirements. \nSupport day-to-day clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests.\nWhat you bring\nMinimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role.
