The ideal candidate is a motivated and talented engineer with strong hands-on experience of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, and a proactive team player.\nMain tasks and responsibilities\nPackage, distribute and install applications and software solutions to end-user computers using Intune.\nConfigure and deploy the Desktop OS to end-user computers using Intune and Autopilot.\nManage mobile devices using Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), including enrolment, configuration and compliance policies.\nProvide 2nd-level user and technical support for Windows clients, Microsoft 365 and third-party end-user applications.\nLiaise with the external service provider and, where necessary, escalate 3rd-level incidents.\nOperate and maintain OS and application deployment for desktops, notebooks and Cloud PCs.\nManage and troubleshoot Windows Updates, patching systems regularly with Windows Autopatch.\nUpgrade the desktop and notebook OS regularly to keep all systems within support.\nPrepare, evaluate and coordinate the validation of software patches and updates to protect desktops against security issues and vulnerabilities.\nMaintain software and licence databases.\nOperate, monitor, patch, upgrade and troubleshoot Endpoint Protection Services, and maintain their operational procedures, including:CyberArk EPM\nMicrosoft Defender\n\nRequired skills and experience\nApplication packaging, distribution and troubleshooting using Intune.\nDesktop OS configuration and deployment using Intune and Autopilot.\nMobile device management using Intune.\n2nd-level OS and end-user application support in a large organisation.\nActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user and licence administration.\nDesired skills and experience\nJira for user incident support and reporting.\nConfluence for documentation and reporting.\nWindows 365 Cloud PC deployment and management.\nBatch and PowerShell scripting.\nConfiguration and management of Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID.\nPackage Description\nRelocation allowance (flight to Germany, airport transport, one month paid accommodation).\nHybrid working model for flexibility. \n30% discount on the Deutschland ticket for easy travel.\nSubsidised Wellpass -
