This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, high-volume payroll environment supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand.\nAs part of our ASPAC Shared Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll outcomes while supporting employees, managers and People & Capability teams with payroll-related enquiries. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining payroll data, processing employee lifecycle transactions, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure payroll compliance across a large and diverse workforce.\nIn this role, you will:\nProcess payroll transactions across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, position changes and terminations.\nMaintain employee payroll and HR data, including tax, superannuation, deductions and allowances.\nRespond to payroll enquiries with a customer-focused approach.\nSupport pay run activities, adjustments and off-cycle payments.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate issues where required.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process excellence.\nDemonstrate initiative, accountability and a strong work ethic when managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment.\nCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute positively to a supportive, team-oriented culture.\nSerco is a place for you\nWe're looking for people who are detail-oriented, adaptable and thrive in a team environment.
