You’ll combine hands-on engineering with architecture, documentation and knowledge sharing to build sustainable cloud capability across our teams. Working within a dynamic cloud enablement team, you’ll translate strategic requirements into practical technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.\nYou’ll make a positive impact by:\nDesigning and implementing AWS-based architectures across core cloud services\nDeveloping solution architectures, reference designs and technical documentation\nConfiguring AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code best practices\nCollaborating with security, platform and application teams to deliver aligned solutions\nTroubleshooting complex cloud deployment, performance and integration issues\nMentoring teams and sharing knowledge to uplift internal cloud capability\nSerco is a place for you\nYou could be a great fit if you have:\n10+ years’ IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in AWS cloud architecture\nStrong expertise across core AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS and Lambda\nHands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK\nUnderstanding of AWS Landing Zone concepts and the Landing Zone Accelerator\nExperience with CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices\nStrong communication, documentation, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.\nIn joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
