The Senior Software Developer works closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to shape the technical direction of the ECLIPSE suite of products.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex software features and components.\nDesign scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions aligned with product and architectural goals.\nTake ownership of significant functional areas, ensuring long-term quality and maintainability.\nReview code, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best practices.\nMentor and support other developers through coaching, pair programming, and technical guidance.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nLead technical investigations, proof-of-concepts, and evaluation of new technologies and tools.\nIdentify and drive improvements to software architecture, development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and automation.\nSupport troubleshooting of complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nContribute to technical roadmap planning and architectural discussions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies while helping improve estimation accuracy and delivery practices.\nContinuously expand technical expertise and share knowledge across the team.\nProfile\nDegree in Computer Science or a related discipline.\nStrong Experience with:Java/J2EE\nSpring Boot, Spring, Hibernate\nHTML, CSS, JavaScript\nFront-end frameworks (Angular, jQuery or similar)\nOracle and/or PostgreSQL\nGit, SVN, or other version control systems\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application design\nExperience mentoring developers and performing constructive code reviews\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams\nExcellent written
