You’ll help maintain effective compliance practices and support the safe, reliable management of facilities and assets. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll contribute to an environment where quality, safety and continuous improvement are part of the way we work.\nAs a Technical Compliance Officer in the Estate Compliance and Asset Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:\nMonitoring technical and asset compliance requirements and supporting timely action\nMaintaining accurate compliance records, registers and supporting documentation\nReviewing technical information to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities\nSupporting audits, inspections and assurance activities across facilities and assets\nCoordinating with internal teams and service partners to address compliance requirements\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety and service quality\nSerco is a place for you\nYou could be a great fit if you have:\nExperience supporting technical, facilities, asset or compliance activities\nAn understanding of compliance, risk and quality management principles\nStrong attention to detail with a practical and organised approach to your work\nConfidence maintaining records, reports and compliance documentation\nClear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships\nA collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement\nA strong compliance background and an understanding of high-risk fire, gas and regulatory requirements\nExperience working with WorkSafe and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) or similar backgrounds is highly beneficial\nIn joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
