You're confident working with different stakeholders and understand the importance of accuracy, compliance and effective communication.\nYou'll enjoy being part of a busy operational environment where your planning, coordination and analytical skills make a real difference.\nTo be successful in this role, you'll have:\nRelevant tertiary qualification\n\nExperience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination\n\nStrong understanding of workforce management practices, operational requirements and roster compliance\n\nExperience using workforce management software and related systems\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly when working with data and reports\n\nAbility to analyse and interpret workforce information and identify practical solutions\n\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to build effective relationships with operational leaders, Payroll and other stakeholders\n\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate employee and workforce information\n\nConfidence working in a fast-paced operational environment\n\nA proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and accountability\n\nExperience with complex workforce forecasting, scheduling systems and data analysis across multiple sources will be highly regarded.\nPlease note:\nThis position carries trust and responsibility.
