A key project will be building and rolling out our SIEM platform for centralized security monitoring and threat detection. You’ll also work on vulnerability management and ISO 27001/SOC 2 controls, while developing security tools and automation using Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nYou’ll receive technical guidance and gradually take ownership of practical security projects.\nResponsibilities\nHelp build, deploy, and maintain our SIEM platform, integrating logs from cloud infrastructure, applications, identity systems, and network devices.\n\nConfigure monitoring dashboards, detection rules, and alerts to monitor infrastructure health and security.\n\nImprove infrastructure security through access reviews, secure configurations, and vulnerability remediation.\n\nInvestigate alerts and support incident response.\n\nDevelop and maintain security automation and integrate checks into CI/CD workflows.\n\nSupport ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls, audit evidence collection, and documentation.\n\nRequirements\nPursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nBasic knowledge of infrastructure security, networking, Linux, and SIEM concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.\n\nPractical coding experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, plus familiarity with Git.\n\nCuriosity, clear communication, and a practical approach to problem-solving.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.\n\nExposure to SIEM, monitoring, vulnerability scanning, or compliance tools such as Vanta.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Google Cloud Build.\n\nExperience with REST APIs.\n\nYou don’t need experience with every technology listed.
