Our AI-powered systems help businesses streamline operations, boost productivity and transform physical work.\nRole Overview\nAs a Robotics Deployment Engineer, you will install and commission our AI-powered robotic systems at customer sites across Europe, taking real ownership of what you deliver on site.\nThis is a hands-on role that combines practical implementation with growing technical leadership. You will work closely with engineers, project managers and customer teams, and take responsibility for installation, integration and commissioning, including the mechanical and electrical work that keeps live systems running.\nYour Responsibilities:\nDeployment Leadership\nLead the installation and commissioning of robotic systems at customer facilities.\n\nPlan installation workflows and run deployments safely and efficiently.\n\nCoordinate with engineering teams, contractors and customer staff, and act as the technical contact on site.\n\nConfirm every system meets performance and safety requirements before handoff.\n\nSystem Installation & Integration\nInstall and integrate robotic arms, grippers, sensors, cameras and mobile platforms.\n\nCarry out mechanical and electrical work, including end-effector mounting, cable routing, and control cabinet wiring and modification.\n\nDrill, tap and modify brackets and fixtures to fit each site.\n\nRun on-site testing and validation.\n\nTroubleshooting & Optimization\nDiagnose and fix mechanical, electrical and software issues during deployment.\n\nRepair or replace grippers, sensors, actuators and cabling to keep systems running.\n\nTune systems for speed, accuracy and efficiency in production.\n\nTrain customer teams and document procedures, configurations and lessons learned.\n\nWork with engineering to improve system robustness and our deployment process, and support customer sites remotely between deployments.\n\nTravel\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively is required for this role.\nQualifications:\nEducation and Experience\n3+ years deploying robotic systems, automation equipment or industrial machinery.\n\nExperience leading or coordinating installations or field deployments.\n\nHands-on experience with robotic workcells or industrial automation.\n\nSkills\nWorking knowledge of ROS 2 and robotic system architecture, and proficiency in Python or C++. Docker is a plus.\n\nStrong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and software systems, and comfortable with hand and power tools.\n\nExperience installing sensors, routing cables and integrating hardware in industrial environments, and able to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams and layouts.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication.
