This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is highly operational and impact-driven: You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.\nYour Responsibilities\nClean and standardize CRM records\n\nSupport Reporting for C-Level executives\n\nImprove data structure and maintain hygiene\n\nSupport ongoing CRM maintenance so reporting and sales execution stays reliable\n\nResearch and prepare outbound initiatives for target accounts\n\nCreate and maintain offer/proposal templates\n\nBuild a presentation library (deck modules, reusable slides, versioning/structure)\n\nOrganize case studies and documentation so sales and marketing can find and reuse content quickly\n\nSupport ad-hoc operational tasks that unblock the team and improve execution speed\n\nQualifications\nOngoing studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing Ops, or related fields (or comparable early-stage experience)\n\nVery strong attention to detail and willingness to do structured operational work\n\nConfident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)\n\nAble to research quickly and summarize clearly (stakeholders, pains, context)\n\nOrganized working style; you enjoy creating order, templates, and reusable structures\n\nProactive mindset: you spot gaps, propose improvements, and follow through\n\nOur interview plan\nApplication\n\nTake-home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role-relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.\n\nCultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for.
