Job Overview:
Serefin is seeking a motivated and analytical Finance Analyst to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making across multiple business entities.
The successful candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical thinking and business acumen. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, the Finance Analyst will provide meaningful financial insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support operational and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
