Agents. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our agent services and experiences, which aims to provide exceptional support to our real estate agents and ensure a seamless agent experience from start to finish. \nResponsibilities\nActively engage with Agents on a day-to-day basis to assist in their daily workflow regarding task completion.\nContribute to month over month increased Agent adoption and engagement by a minimum 5% when it comes to S.MPLE usage.\nManage 50+ incoming Agent requests effectively with accuracy and high-quality deliverables.\nMaintain all departmental Service Level of Agreements when it comes to Agent communication and turnaround times.\nPerform onboarding procedures for new S.MPLE Agents.\nLeverage internal and external AI tools and technology that are provided.\nAct as the Quality Control checkpoint before delivering an Agent their requested\nDatabase Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information and generate reports as required.\nCollaborate with the brokerage team on agent onboarding, starting day one, to help establish efficient daily habits with Agents.\nSupport VIP Agents and Teams to leverage their business growth.\nLiaison effectively with internal departments to scale operations and problem solve.\nWrite departmental standard operating procedures that are repeatable and scalable.\nResponsible for staying up to date on real estate trends and competitive offerings, to refine strategies and suggest improvements to our service offerings.\nEnsure compliance with all real estate regulations, company policies, industry best practices, including data protection and confidentiality requirements.\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge of SERHANT. ecosystem tools, resources, and technology.\nBe solutions oriented and analyze challenges and offer practical solutions and provide problem-solving support for Agents, combining expertise with technology assistance when needed.\nMonitor agent performance and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency to align with goals and department KPIs\nCollaboratively work with the S.MPLE department head to align towards annual OKRs and KPIs.\nParticipate in company training on skills improvement with respect to internal systems, resources & technology.\n*The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.\nJob Qualifications\n5+ years’ experience, with 2-3 years’ experience in a high-level customer service position with direct client facing interactions\nProven experience in an office manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry\nProficient in using software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and software\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation\nDemonstrated problem solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks\nFamiliarity with real estate transactions and contracts a plus\nAbility to maintain and handle confidential information\nSkills\nResponsible, organized, and diligent, with sense of urgency and attention to detail\nStrong copywriting skills\nA dynamic, positive personality that is self-motivated\nExcellent communication skills\nLeadership ability\nCompensation\nActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.\nThe national base pay range for this position within the United States is $70,000.00 USD.\nBenefits\nEligible employees may receive medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; retirement benefits; and other company-sponsored benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms.\nYour Location\nThis position is remote eligible for candidates based in the United States area.
