Studios and ID Lab to deliver potent, breakthrough content and sales campaigns.\nAbout the Role\nSERHANT. is looking for an experienced on-site Senior Leasing Associate for the lease-up of a 308-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ.\nResponsibilities\nExecution of sales (leasing), marketing and reporting that achieve the highest $PSF and timely lease-up of the 308 homes being brought to market.\nConducting informative and personalized tours of the apartments that result in new leases.\nConverting leads into showings by following up with all prospects, managing personal outreach and organizing events.\nReporting to the Leasing Manager.\nCollecting all required documentation to aid with the application process.\nProcessing applications with the management company.\nCreating and delivering all leasing and prospect tracking, reporting and marketing initiatives to the developer.\nParticipating in weekly meetings with ownership on sales/leasing activity, marketing and comparable market overview.\nWorking with the property management team to assist with applications, lease signings and coordinating move-ins.\nGenerating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.\nAssisting with events and broker outreach.\nAssisting with traffic to the project through personal emails and outreach.\n*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.\nQualifications\nNew Jersey Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License\n5+ years of on-site leasing experience in Hoboken, Jersey City or the greater NYC metro area\nProficiency with a CRM, Excel and other industry software\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAvailability to work some weekends as required\nSkills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nOrganization\nMulti-tasking\nCompensation\nActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.\nThe national base pay range for this position within the United States is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD.
