This role serves as a critical operational partner to our field producers, editors, social media team, and Studios leadership, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through delivery while maintaining an exceptional agent experience.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the operational partner for Studios producers across assigned markets, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with department standards.\nManage internal and external stakeholder expectations by coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.\nDrive communication across producers, editors, social media, creative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.\nMonitor production workflows and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, recommending scalable solutions that improve efficiency.\nMaintain project management systems, production schedules, and workflow documentation to ensure accurate project tracking and visibility.\nPartner with Studios leadership to refine internal processes, SOPs, and operational best practices as the department continues to scale.\nCoordinate production logistics, freelancer resources, travel, equipment, and scheduling as needed.\nOversee workflow and communication with remote editing partners, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are maintained.\nAssist in onboarding new producers through operational training, documentation, and workflow implementation.\nPrepare reporting on production volume, turnaround times, operational performance, and resource utilization.\nSupport market launches, special initiatives, and cross-functional projects across Studios as business priorities require.\nHelp ensure departmental communication channels remain responsive and operational requests are addressed in a timely manner.\nMaintain production documentation, releases, and project records in accordance with company standards.\n*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.\nQualifications\n2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, production coordination, or a related field.\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects.\nFamiliarity with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds when supporting production needs.\nSkills\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong understanding of project management systems and operational workflows.\nHighly proactive with the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.\nComfortable adapting to changing priorities in a rapidly growing organization.\nExperience working in media production, marketing, creative services, or agency environments.\nExperience coordinating remote teams and distributed production workflows.\nExperience supporting field production or content creation teams.\nCompensation\nActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.\nThe national base pay range for this position within the United States is $65,000 - $75,000 USD.\nYour Location\nThis position is on-site eligible for candidates based in the New York City area. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
