Thanks to our tight focus and high level of expertise, we have strong customer traction, high NPS and inbound referral rates, and a top 1% balance sheet.\nWe’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who will help us design and build intuitive, high-performance web application UI/UX in Vue that make complex healthcare data approachable, actionable, and beautiful.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the design and development of full stack features for Serif Health’s customer-facing products, dashboards, and internal tools.\nBuild responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces in VueJS that simplify exploration of complex healthcare data.\nDesign, build, and sustain Golang systems and services that automate analytics product workflows and business logic.\nWork closely with data, product and design teams to translate requirements into polished, user-friendly experiences.\nConduct user research and feedback cycles to continuously refine UI/UX.\nCollaboratively define the product engineering roadmap & architecture for our company, and document our processes as we grow.\nWhat We Expect\nProfessional experience building modern web applications with VueJS.\nFluency in Go (or another compiled/typed language) + familiarity working with Postgres and Git\nFamiliarity with Amazon AWS stack (EKS, EC2/ECS, RDS, S3, etc) and cloud-based infrastructure monitoring tools (Datadog, etc)\nFamiliarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, ECharts, or similar).\nStrong product intuition and empathy for end users; ability to translate complex data into usable interfaces.\nHigh attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professionalism.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-moving, distributed team environment.\nWhat We’d Love to See (Bonus)\nExperience with healthcare data: medical claims, prescription drugs, life sciences, procedures pricing or billing.\nFamiliarity with API-driven applications and REST integrations.\nExperience working with massive data sets and high-performance systems at scale (data sizes 1TB+, 200BB rows/mo)\nPrior work in a startup or high-growth software company environment.\nWhy Join Us\nMission-driven impact: Help bring affordability and transparency to U.S. healthcare.\n\nCutting-edge challenges: Work with some of the largest open healthcare datasets in the country.\n\nSmall, high-caliber team: Join experienced engineers and data scientists where your impact will be visible and immediate.\n\nRemote-first: Work anywhere in the U.S. with quarterly in-person gatherings in rotating locations.\n\nMeet and greet / role introduction\nPorfolio review submission + discussion - please send us an example of your prior work building frontend product experiences.
