In this role, you will set up and operate forming, die-cutting, laminating, and related finishing equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nSet up and operate Accuformer presses and related finishing equipment, including die cutters, thermal laminators, and toggle presses.\n\nMeet production and quality expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.\n\nAdjust machine settings, including registration, heat, and pressure, to ensure quality output.\n\nLoad and unload materials and remove dies as required.\n\nInspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.\n\nComplete labor reporting, quality documentation, job tickets, and production records accurately.\n\nPerform routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment checks.\n\nWork closely with teammates during shift transitions to communicate production status, instructions, and any issues.\n\nIdentify and report quality concerns, with authority to stop production when necessary.\n\nFollow all safety, housekeeping, environmental, and quality procedures.\n\nContribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nManufacturing, production, printing, converting, or finishing experience is helpful but not required.\n\nAbility to read and interpret job tickets, production instructions, and blueprints.\n\nComfortable learning machine controls, equipment terminology, and safety procedures.\n\nBasic computer skills and ability to enter production information into company systems.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.\n\nAbility to perform repetitive movements and operate production equipment safely.\n\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment while following all required PPE and safety
